CHIRON was launched in GENEVA MOTOR SHOW earlier this year.
An ultimate engineering masterpiece that resulted in a 8.0L, 16 cylinder engine generating a 1500HP with 7993cm³ of displacement this car can hit 0-100Kmph in 2.4 seconds. This W16 engine is an upgraded and more powerful version of the previous engine that roared in the BUGATTI VEYRON.
With top speed of somewhere beyond 400km/h CHIRON is significantly more “BEAST” combined with a high level of “BEAUTY“.
With only 500 units to be produced this BEAUTIFUL BEAST will roar in the streets by the end of year 2016 with a price $2.66 million US (double to that of the VEYRON).

EcoBoost is a family of turbocharged , direct injection gasoline engines produced by the Ford Motor Company and co-developed by FEV engineering.
EcoBoost-equipped engines are designed to deliver horsepower and torque consistent with those of larger
displacement (cylinder volume), naturally aspirated engines , with claims it can achieve approximately 20% better fuel efficiency and 15% fewer greenhouse emissions (disputed) . Ford sees the EcoBoost technology as less costly (i.e., more profitable) and more versatile than further-developing or expanding the use of hybrid and diesel engine technologies. As such, Ford intends to use EcoBoost extensively, across a broad range of vehicle product lines.
ECOBOOST ENGINE is available in FORD EcoSport, as 1.0L ECOBOOST petrol engine generating a horse power of 125PS and torque of 170Nm with a mileage of 18.88 Km/l. Which is more effective than a 1.5L Ti-VCT engine.
The first batch of Ford Mustangs has been spied in India. Three units were spotted at what looks like Ford’s Sanand plant in Gujarat. Supporting the speculation is an import listing from Zauba stating that 4 units were imported from USA and were unloaded in Mumbai.
The Zauba listing further reveals the specifications as well. As expected, India is getting the 2016 Ford Mustang GT coupe only. It’s powered by a 5.0-litre Ti-VCT naturally aspirated V8 engine that produces 435 hp and 542 Nm of torque. A 6-speed manual transmission is available internationally, but India will get only the 6-speed SelectShift automatic transmission.
It’s worth noting that India gets the Euro-spec model, not the North American one. It doesn’t have the tri-bar daytime running lights, hood vents, sleek mirrors and red taillights with sequential turn indicators.
In the U.S. market, the 2016 Ford Mustang GT Fastback is priced at US$32,395 which converts to INR 21,56,938. As it will be imported as a CBU in India, it will be priced well over INR 50 lakhs. Ford India has confirmed that the sixth generation and the very first right-hand drive Mustang will be launched in India in Q2 2016 .
Ever since the 2016 Shelby GT350 and its 5.2-liter Voodoo engine was introduced, S550 Mustang owners have been looking for ways to benefit from the tech and engineering that has gone into the bespoke engine.
M6G member Kristopher (S5Fifty_GT) recently installed the new GT350 intake manifold onto his base 2015 Mustang GT and brought it over to the team at VMP Performance for a custom tune.
The Mustang GT with automatic transmission already had existing modifications including a full exhaust setup with longtubes and x-pipe, and a JLT cold air intake.
With the addition of the GT350 intake manifold and throttle body and a VMP custom tune, Kristopher’s Mustang GT was put to the test on the dynamometer. VMP Performance was able to get up to 439 RWHP and 383 lb-ft of torque from a baseline of 405 RWHP.
